Once again you have taken a complicated matter and explained it, along with offering a solution, in a totally understandable way. I really appreciate this. Sometimes I feel the work on city council is burdensome and then I read your memos, and it is like a light in the darkness. What you do goes beyond just providing information. It helps lighten the weight of being a public servant.
