Bob Morton, a founding partner of Wilson, Morton & Downs, LLC, retired in 2018 after a successful law career that spanned five decades. Bob started his legal career as a prosecutor, rising to the level of Chief Assistant District Attorney for the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit, later moving to private practice. For over thirty years, he specialized in family law, divorce litigation and criminal defense.

Bob loved being in the courtroom and was a fierce advocate and masterful trial lawyer. But Bob was known equally for his common sense, pragmatic approach and ever-present wit.
