Mr. Greer was born in Rome, Georgia. He obtained his B.A. from Berry College in 1995 and graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2000. Mr. Greer began his law practice in Durham, North Carolina, before returning to his home state of Georgia in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and is admitted to all Georgia state courts, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
